Once you have 3 Badges, you can challenge the Champion for a shot at his/her title. Be sure to work towards building a dynamic team of Pokemon with varying types, skills, and abilities. While the only absolutely necessary materials are Pokemon cards - which you can get from roughly 8 booster packs - and an Energy Brick. A single Elite Trainer Box contains all the materials needed to play the game. Combining it with a Booster Box will help achieve a more expansive and balanced experience.
